Lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North State Constituency, Hon. Bisi Oluranti Micheal, has praised Governor Seyi Makinde for his courageous and visionary decision to host the 2025 PDP National Convention in Ibadan.

She commended the Governor for his unwavering commitment to fairness, justice, and transparency in the conduct of the party’s National Convention.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the lawmaker, who had earlier interacted with several delegates at the Adamasigba Stadium venue, remarked that the delegates gathered for the Ibadan 2025 Convention not simply as representatives of their various constituencies, but as custodians of the PDP’s collective aspiration for a stronger, more prosperous, and more united Oyo State and Nigeria.

According to Oluranti, the convergence of delegates from all six geo-political zones in Ibadan reflects a profound dedication to democratic principles, responsible leadership, and the shared will of the people.

She further noted that every PDP delegate at the convention carries within them the hopes, expectations, and aspirations of countless citizens who trust the party’s capacity to steer the nation towards genuine progress.

Hon. Bisi Oluranti expressed confidence that the National Convention would mark a decisive turning point for the PDP, and she applauded all delegates for their active involvement and commitment to the party’s future.
