𝐎𝐲𝐨 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞

The Oyo State House of Assembly has on Thursday confirmed the appointment of Mr. Ademola Temitayo Aderinto as a commissioner nominee in the state. 

This follows the presentation and consideration of the report of the House Committee on Special Duties, which concluded the screening of the nominee during plenary. 

Noble FM Correspondent, Ibukun-Jesu Adeogodiran reports that Deputy Speaker of the house, Hon. Fadeyi, representing the Committee affirmed that Mr. Aderinto met all constitutional and legislative requirements for the appointment. 

Aderinto is the current Senior Special Assistant on Public Works to the executive governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde. 

The Speaker of the house, Rt. Hon Adebo Ogundoyin who presided over the plenary described Aderinto's advanced technology-driven skill and experience as a strong advantage to the development of the state. 

Recall that Governor Makinde on Tuesday formally requested the lawmakers to screen and confirm Aderinto for appointment into the Oyo State Executive Council, in line with constitutional provisions.##
